HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is a special kind of cannabinoid that is not found in the trichomes of the cannabis flower, but in the seeds and pollen. It is obtained from THC via a hydrogenation process. THC is extracted from the cannabis plant by CO2 extraction and is then enclosed with hydrogen in a pressurized container in order to break the double carbon bonds of the THC allowing to obtain a hydrogenated version which is the HHC.
